Sometimes you want homemade baked goods, but you don’t have time to knead the dough and spend a long time cooking. The author of the Zen channel “Eating at Home” with Yulia Vysotskaya” (12+) shared a recipe that solves this problem. The dish is prepared from affordable ingredients that are always on hand. Active preparation takes only five minutes, the rest is done by the oven.
What you need:
Thin lavash – 2 sheets
Eggs – 6 pcs
Kefir – 600 ml
Cottage cheese – 350 g
Butter – to taste
Salt – ½ tsp
How to cook:
- Beat cottage cheese, kefir, eggs and salt with a blender until smooth.
- Grease the mold with oil, place the pita bread in folds, filling the bottom.
- Pour the curd mixture over the lavash and distribute evenly.
- Spread the pieces of butter over the surface.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
The pie turns out unsweetened, but filling and tender. Suitable for breakfast, dinner or snack.
Bon appetit!
