In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a man set fire to a private house and killed three people (video)

In the Bolshemurtinsko-Sukhobuzimsky district, a 34-year-old man started a fire in a private house and killed three people. This was reported to the regional Investigative Committee.

It all happened on March 11 in the village of Sukhobuzimskoye. At night, an attacker entered a house on Oktyabrskaya Street and committed arson. As a result of the fire, a 64-year-old woman and two men aged 47 and 70 died. The arsonist was identified after investigators carefully examined the scene and found CCTV footage.

The footage shows that a short time after the man entered the house, the first signs of fire appeared, then he left the home. During the search, law enforcement officers found shoes with traces of petroleum products on the attacker.

A criminal case was opened against the man under clauses “a”, “d”, “f”, part 2 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder of three persons, committed with extreme cruelty, in a generally dangerous manner). The arsonist is currently in custody and will soon be charged.

Currently, investigative actions are being carried out aimed at collecting and consolidating the evidence base. Forensic medical, fire-technical and video technical examinations have been appointed.

Let us remind you that earlier the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported that the cause of the death of three people in the village of Sukhobuzimskoye was unutilized ash.
