The regional center hosted a Unified Career Guidance Week for schoolchildren. The initiative was implemented by the Employment Center of the city of Krasnoyarsk together with key partners: the main education department of the city administration, employers, and educational institutions.

The goal of the event is to give young people maximum useful information for making an informed choice of a professional path and building a career.

Enterprises and organizations of the city became active participants in the United Week. They not only told high school students about what specialists they need now and will need in the future, but also shared stories of professional dynasties, as well as the secrets of their mentoring system.

At one of the events in Krasnoyarsk gymnasium No. 7, specialists from LMZ SKAD presented schoolchildren with the opportunities and benefits of targeted training at leading universities in Krasnoyarsk, the amount of scholarships and prospects for further employment.

As part of the Unified Career Guidance Week, career consultants conducted interactive games: participants took a personality type test, guessed professions using keywords, and figured out which areas currently have the highest demand for personnel.

The total number of participants was 1.5 thousand people. Silver volunteers helped organize and conduct meetings with schoolchildren: the older generation of Krasnoyarsk residents shared the history of their professional choice and professional achievements.

Schoolchildren are invited to get acquainted with the city’s largest employers at the Regional stage of the All-Russian Employment Fair “Work in Russia. Time of Opportunities”, which will take place on April 17 from 10:00 to 15:00 at the address: Krasnoyarsk, st. Communal, 26.
