In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police decided to expel 20 migrants from the country at once (video)

After a police raid in the Yenisei district, 20 migrants will be expelled from the territory of the Russian Federation. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.

During raids on the territories of coal and wood processing enterprises, law enforcement officers checked more than 70 foreign citizens, 24 of them were taken to the police department.

In relation to 20 foreigners, 40 protocols were drawn up under Part 1 of Art. 18.10 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal employment by a foreign citizen or a stateless person in the Russian Federation” and Part 2 of Article 18.8 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules of entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation.” Law enforcement officials decided to expel these citizens from Russian territory.

Four more foreigners received it under the administrative protocol. The main violation identified was carrying out labor activities without a work permit or patent. All of them will pay a fine of 2 thousand rubles.

During the verification activities, police officers proactively registered a report about the organization of illegal migration. The issue of initiating a criminal case under Art. 322.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal migration” in relation to the head of one of the enterprises.

A documentary check was also initiated against employers, as a result of which they will be brought to administrative liability under Part 3 of Art. 18.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Illegal recruitment of a foreign citizen or stateless person to work in the Russian Federation.”

For all foreign violators, employers can pay up to 5 million administrative fines.
