An 11-year-old schoolgirl died in hospital after eating shawarma from a stall.
A girl from the city of Tetyushi in Tatarstan bought fast food in one of the stalls. A couple of days later, she felt unwell and turned to her family complaining of severe nausea.
The girl was taken to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed toxicosis and shock. For five days the doctors tried to save her, but in vain: she died tonight.
The local Rospotrebnadzor is conducting an inspection.
