As the police said, everything happened on the afternoon of March 11 at a pedestrian crossing near the Gorky-Red Army intersection. The woman was walking across the road, but suddenly stopped, fell on the asphalt and lost consciousness. This happened in front of the head of the regional press and mass communications agency, Irina Brezhneva. She was the first to witness the incident and began to help the victim.

At this time, a 27-year-old police investigator for the Kezhemsky district, Mikhail Sedov, who was in Krasnoyarsk for vocational training, was passing by. Noticing a crowd of people at a pedestrian crossing, he stopped the car and walked over to find out what had happened.

“The junior lieutenant of justice promptly took part in providing first aid to the Krasnoyarsk resident. The policeman, along with concerned passers-by, called an ambulance, held the victim and unclenched her clenched jaw. A few minutes later the attack ended and the woman felt better. Krasnoyarsk residents handed her over to the arriving team of doctors, who provided her with the necessary professional assistance,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
