A Nepalese from the UK has gone viral after filling its suitcase for home. “I am from Romania and we do the same”

A Nepalese has published a video on the social networks in which he prepares for those at home a suitcase in the UK, where he has been living for two years. Many Internet users have wondered in the comments if these sweets, ordinary in Europe, are also found in Nepal.

In the video published by Tik Tok, you can see how Ashmita, the Nepalese young woman, place several Raffaello candies in the suitcase. Then follow the chocolate candies wrapped and add a few cereal boxes, but also of wafers.

In five days since it was posted, the video has collected over 6 million views, 94 thousand appreciations, but also over 1,000 comments.

While some have asked ironically if there are no sweets in Nepal, other Internet users were defended by the young woman. For example, a Romanian explained that this is a gesture by which those who work abroad show their affection for their loved ones.

“For those who say that there are no sweets in Nepal, I am really sorry for you; it seems that you have never had someone to leave or travel abroad.

Even if you have the same sweets at the corner store, just because they come from another country, they taste better. In addition, let's appreciate the effort: he could fill his suitcases with things for herself, but no, he chose to take gifts and souvenirs for her loved ones ”, the Romanian explained in the comments.

Another woman told the author of the post that the same thing is doing the same when they return to the country.

“I am from Romania and we do the same. Do not take after the rude people in the comments, I am very proud of you and I know that he has brought you a great joy to do this for your family, after all the effort you have made away from the house.” he transmitted it.

In the United Kingdom, the Nepalese community is estimated at about 77,000 people, according to the 2021 census data. This figure includes both Nepalese citizens and Nepalese ethnicity born in the United Kingdom.
