Violent scenes took place on Sunday, March 8, in Valea Argovei, Călărași county, at a League 5 match. The police issued no less than 12 arrest warrants!
Two groups of men got into a fight on the football field, during the match between ACS Viitorul Valea Argovei 2023 and AS Atletic Dorobanțu. The home team won the match on the green table. The game counted in the championship of the 5th League, West Series.

In a video taken from the small stand, several men can be seen exchanging punches, legs and hair blows, while the players took refuge on the edge of the field.
In the first phase, a man dressed in black was waiting for another man wearing an orange jacket. The latter was accompanied by several “teammates” and they inflicted several blows on the rival, until his group also joined the altercation. A general brawl ensued.
In the background, you can hear shouts of encouragement, “Give him a break! Don't leave him!”, but also the desperate screams of the children in the stands. The conflict allegedly took place between a group of locals and another from Răzvani village, according to the Facebook account that posted the video, marinbadea.ro.
“From the first checks, it was established that several people would have physically assaulted each other using blunt objects, in a stadium. Following the conflict, one person required medical attention and was transported to a hospital unit”, appeared in the statement issued by the police.
The police managed to identify all the participants, 12 men between the ages of 24 and 55. Nine of them were apprehended, while 3 managed to escape! The same source claims that as of Wednesday, March 11, the people involved had not yet appeared before a judge.
