A woman fainted when she realized how much she had won on a lottery ticket she had hesitated to buy for $20. Husband: “Repeat he can't breathe”
A Kentucky woman got a huge surprise during a shopping session after a $20 lottery ticket won her $500,000. When she realized how much she won, she passed out, according to People.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, said that she did not used to go to the store where she bought the lottery ticket, and the decision to purchase it was a spontaneous one. He testified that he originally intended to cash the winnings on another lottery ticket, but changed his mind at the last minute.
“I had a $20 bill to cash and I thought, 'I'll get a new one while I'm here.'”the woman told the Kentucky Lottery.

The woman managed to call her husband.

The two later showed up at Kentucky Lottery headquarters to claim the prize, which after taxes came down to $362,500. The Kroger store where the ticket was sold will also receive a $5,000 bonus.
The woman also had luck in the lottery in the past. In 2017, she won a $225,000 Cash Ball prize.
“I'm finally going to buy a car”
