The prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory revealed violations during the overhaul of school No. 1. A criminal case has been opened, the department's press service reports.
In September 2022, the school entered into a contract for 122 million rubles with Novex Group of Companies LLC. The contractor had to complete the work on a turnkey basis – from finishing to engineering systems.
At the end of 2024, the school signed acceptance certificates, confirming that the renovation was complete. However, the prosecutor's audit showed that some of the paid work was not actually completed. The finishing, installation of electrical equipment and heating systems were not completed – that is, what the safety and comfort of students directly depends on.
The damage to the budget was estimated at 700 thousand rubles. Based on materials from prosecutors, a criminal case was opened for abuse of power.
