Actor Konstantin Khabensky was hospitalized in moderate condition in Moscow.
Doctors diagnosed him with hypertension with primary damage to the heart. The probable cause is a rheumatic lesion that affects the cardiovascular system and joints, so the People's Artist of the Russian Federation underwent a number of studies, including bone density. We then ruled out osteoporosis, a systemic metabolic disease that is accompanied by a decrease in bone mass, as well as a decrease in bone density and strength.
Khabensky's next concert is scheduled for September 26 in Samara. It should take place as part of a tour in honor of the 100th anniversary of Bulat Okudzhava. The performance has not yet been cancelled. The Moscow Art Theater refused to comment on Konstantin’s condition; the actor’s phones were turned off.
