What will the weather be like until April 6th. Temperatures different from the normal of the period follow

The weather continues to warm in the coming period, and in some areas temperatures will be even higher than normal for the calendar period. As for the rains, they will be lacking throughout the country, according to the forecast issued by ANM for the interval March 9 – April 6.

Week 9 -16 March

Temperatures will be close to typical for this week in the southern and southeastern regions, and above normal elsewhere.

“The estimated rainfall regime for this interval will be deficient at the level of the entire country”, according to ANM. In other words, no rain is expected.

Week 16 – 23 March

Average temperatures will be slightly higher than those typical for this period in the western, northern and central regions, and will otherwise be generally close to normal. Precipitation amounts will be close to normal in the extra-Carpathian regions, and in the rest they will be deficient.

Week 23 – 30 March

The average air temperature will be slightly higher than normal for this period throughout the country, but especially in the northwestern regions. The rainfall regime will be locally deficient in the northwest of the territory, and in the rest it will be close to the normal one for this interval

Week of March 30 – April 6

Average temperatures will be close to the specific ones for this week, throughout Romania. The amounts of precipitation estimated for this interval will be slightly excessive, locally, in the mountainous and sub-montane areas, and will otherwise be close to normal.
