In the Krasnoyarsk Museum “Peace Square” they began preparations for repairing the roof for almost 27 million rubles

The Krasnoyarsk Museum “Place of Peace” (formerly the KIC) has begun preparations for a major renovation of the roof.

There are already construction trailers at the entrance to the building, and a fence is being erected around it.

The tender for repair work on the museum's roof was posted at the end of January on the government procurement portal. TOThe complex of works that must be completed by October 25, 2026 was estimated at 26.99 million rubles.

Let us recall that at the end of January, the authorities of Krasnoyarsk announced tenders for the development of design estimates for the improvement of Peace Square in the amount of over 50 million rubles.

By the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, the space should become the main square of the regional capital. They want to take as a basis for the transformation of the territory the concept that was developed last year by specialists from the architecture department. The result was presented at the festival “Architecture. Russia.2025”, where he was highly appreciated by experts and awarded the “Silver Sign”.
