In Minusinsk, an elderly Nissan driver did not give way and crashed to death against a pole (video)

A fatal accident involving two foreign cars occurred in Minusinsk.
As reported by the Krasnoyarsk traffic police, according to preliminary information, on the afternoon of March 9 in Minusinsk at the intersection of st. Sotnichenko and Krasnykh Partizans, a 62-year-old driver of a Nissan car did not give way and collided with a Toyota driven by a 31-year-old driver who had the right of way.
As a result of the accident, the Nissan slid into the right ditch and crashed into a power line support. The driver of the Nissan died from his injuries before the ambulance arrived; the driver of the Toyota was taken to a medical facility for examination.
An investigation into the accident is currently underway to determine the causes and circumstances of the incident.
Traffic police officers urge drivers to be as careful as possible, choose a safe speed, follow road sign information, and refrain from making sudden maneuvers on the roads.
