1,270 Rainbow tourists who had been in Oman, the UAE or Jordan since at least February 28 – at the time of the attack by Israel and the United States on Iran – were brought to Poland by the office. On Sunday evening, the last group of tourists who stayed in Dubai will arrive in the country.
As Rainbow Tours said in a press release, the vast majority of evacuations were carried out by air.
“On Tuesday, March 3, we brought some customers from Dubai and Jordan to Poland, and in the following days, groups of tourists from Oman and Dubai also arrived, but with departure in Muscat (Oman). Today, the last group of people from the UAE will return to the country. This means that 100 percent of our customers staying in the Middle East will return to their homes today,” Rainbow wrote in the announcement.
Until the end of March 2026, trips to Oman, Jordan and Dubai have been canceled by Rainbow.
“We are doing everything to ensure that the situation in the Middle East has as little impact as possible on flights to other Asian countries. Any need to extend the stay of our tourists in non-Middle Eastern countries is organized and financed by us. Travelers are provided with residential care, insurance, hotels and meals,” it was written.
The Minister of Sport and Tourism announced the launch of payments from the Tourist Assistance Fund to cover refunds for travelers for a tourist event that has not been or will not be implemented due to the occurrence of unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances in the countries from the list: Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, United Arab Emirates from February 28 to March 27 2026.
