HC “White Bars” stated that the day of the death of the Udovichenko family became “a day of great pain” for the club. Gordey was a team player born in 2017–2018.
“Gordey was a sincere, kind and open boy who really loved hockey, his team and training. We remember his smile, diligence on the ice and the joy with which he came to every lesson. […] Today we lost not only a young hockey player and his mother. We have lost part of our large hockey family,” the statement said.
