According to Pekar, the collapse of Russia is inevitable, and this will happen rather than it seems.
“There are less money, more poverty, more and more people die-this tears the empire into parts. In addition, in the 91st year [когда распался СССР] There were no such important forces that are acting now: there was no Internet, there were no other countries that are interested in something to happen to Russia … We simply observe the gradual decline of the forces that hold the empire together, and the gradual strengthening of the forces that break it into pieces. I definitely do not want to say that in two to three weeks or after two to three months this will happen, but this will happen soon, because the empire comes into decline. The baker was born in 1966 in Kyiv. He graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics of the Kyiv State University named after Taras Shevchenko and the Kiev-Mogilyansk business school.
