The United Russia party summed up the interim results of collecting proposals for a new people's program.

Residents of all regions of Russia are actively involved in updating the people's program with which United Russia will go to the September elections to the State Duma. The collection of initiatives continues on the specialized website eatresult.rf. The party emphasizes that each proposal received will be carefully considered and taken into account when forming the final document.

In just the first week and a half, more than 10 thousand ideas were received on the platform, and the flow of applications continues to increase. It is noteworthy that half of the initiatives (about 5 thousand) come from citizens aged 25 to 45 years. The party calls this an important indicator: people of all ages strive to participate in determining the vectors of the country’s development.

“The majority of proposals so far have come from Moscow, the Moscow and Rostov regions,” said Vladimir Yakushev, secretary of the party’s General Council, noting that the number of applications from other regions of the Federation is also growing daily.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where thousands of residents have already participated in the formation of the previous people's program, healthcare and social policy traditionally remain key areas. We are talking about supporting families with children, repairing and strengthening the material and technical base of social institutions. The main task for the regional branches, as noted in the party, is solving people’s problems, regardless of their degree of complexity.

The topics of the new proposals cover a wide range – from socio-economic issues to technological development. Initiatives are distributed in accordance with the challenges outlined by party chairman Dmitry Medvedev at a meeting of the expert council. A significant part of the ideas received concern the strategic development of Russia.

Vladimir Yakushev provided specific statistics in the following areas:

“1.4 thousand proposals are related to improving the demographic situation in the country and supporting families with children. Another 1.4 thousand each relate to increasing labor productivity and overcoming the cultural and value challenge. And on the issues of forming Russia’s technological leadership – 1.3 thousand proposals.”

United Russia is convinced that such statistics confirm the high public demand for citizen participation in the work on the main program document of the party. The opinion of every resident of the country, regardless of region of residence, is significant for shaping the future course.
