Mystery on a highway in Germany. A Porsche 911 GT3, worth hundreds of thousands of euros, found abandoned by the police

The police in the German state of Hessa are faced with an unexpected mystery. An abandoned Porsche 911 GT3 was found on the side of a highway, and the authorities still do not know who was behind the wheel and why the luxury car was abandoned, the Dutch media wrote on Wednesday.
In the Netherlands, a Porsche 911 GT3 costs around 330,000 euros. In Germany, the price starts at around 209,000 euros. Incidentally, the car found is not one that was sold in Germany, but has Serbian number plates.
The car, badly damaged
The car was not only found dirty, in a field close to the highway, but also badly damaged. The damage suffered is probably one of the reasons why the car was abandoned.

According to the German police, an accident involving the sports car took place on the evening of April 30, at 20:40, in the direction of Frankfurt.
Witnesses say the driver lost control of the wheel and crashed into a guardrail several times.
It remains surprising that anyone would abandon a car of such value, even when badly damaged. German police are still waiting for information to find the driver.
