The anti-state bill of the Kuzmins: how the “reforms” of the people's deputy destroy pharmacies and play into the hands of pharmaceutical giants, – UNN
People's Deputy Serhiy Kuzminykh registered draft law No. 13684 “On pharmacy activity” in the Verkhovna Rada. In the words “reform for patients”. In fact, as reported by UNN, this is a targeted attack on pharmacies and illegal influence.
Among the ideas of the Kuzmins:
– no more than 4 pharmacies “in one hand”
– only a pharmacist can be the owner
– prohibition of a part of the assortment
Economist Andrii Novak noted that if this draft law is adopted, it will lead to the large-scale closure of pharmacies, unemployment among pharmacists, and a decrease in tax revenues to the state budget.
Journalists add that the most interesting thing is that the rhetoric of the Kuzmins suspiciously coincides with the statements of “Darnytsia”. And this is not surprising: in 2016–2018, the Kuzminy brothers' foundation received more than UAH 9.5 million from the Zahorii family, the owners of Darnytsia.
Meanwhile, Kuzminykh himself is on trial for the third year for a bribe of UAH 558,000, also in the medical field.
