Honored Architect of Russia Konstantin Shumov resigned from his post as head of the Service for Control in the Field of Urban Planning Activities of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. He held this position for more than 20 years.

The order was signed by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov in early February. Now the powers of the chief architect of the region are fulfilled by Elena Nemeshaeva, former deputy.
Konstantin Shumov graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of the Krasnoyarsk State Polytechnic Institute. Since 1992 he has been working in the regional administration. He took up the position of head of the service in 2005.
Let us add that Konstantin Shumov is a member of the supervisory board of the Foundation “Support for the construction and development of the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Krasnoyarsk.” In mid-February, he participated in a press conference regarding the receipt of a state examination report.
