Cleanliness in the house begins with transparent windows. If washing leaves streaks, and special sprays are expensive and run out quickly, this simple two-ingredient recipe will make window cleaning a pleasure and give you crystal clarity the first time.
What you will need:
Bucket of warm water – 10 l
Table vinegar (9%) – 2 tablespoons
Table salt – 1 tablespoon
Clean microfiber or newspaper for final polishing
How to clean windows:
- Fill a bucket with warm water and add two tablespoons of vinegar.
- Mix well, the acid will help dissolve the fat film and street dust.
- Add a tablespoon of salt and stir until the crystals are completely dissolved. Salt enhances shine and prevents streaks when drying.
- Dip a rag or sponge in the solution, wring it lightly and wipe the glass thoroughly, paying attention to the corners and frame.
- For perfect transparency, immediately go over the surface with a dry microfiber or crumpled newspaper in a circular motion. This will remove moisture and polish the glass to a mirror shine.
Now your windows will shine like after a professional wash, and stains will remain only in memories.
