Another 96 migrants were expelled from the country after raids in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (video)

The police of the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of raids this month to combat illegal migration.
Over the 20 days of March, law enforcement officers checked several sites with potential concentrations of foreign citizens, including public catering outlets, retail, construction and industrial sites.
Raid activities to combat illegal migration
“As a result of the inspections, 529 offenses in the field of migration and 110 violations of traffic rules committed by foreigners were identified and suppressed. Fines totaling over 2 million rubles were imposed. 96 foreign citizens were subject to administrative deportation. 266 persons had their temporary stay periods reduced. 233 decisions were made not to allow entry into the Russian Federation. 26 criminal cases have been initiated on the facts of fictitious registration and migration registration of foreign citizens,” reported the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Main Directorate noted that control over the stay of foreign citizens and their work activities within the region continues.
