
If ordinary stuffed peppers have prepared 100 times already and they have fed up, but I want something new and embarrassed, but I don’t want to cook for a long time, try the best version of the “old” dish. Perhaps she will become loved and the only one. We add new ingredients and it turns out unexpectedly juicy, fragrant and, most importantly, quickly – no meat grinder and fuss with rice. This – Half of peppers with a filling of chopped chicken fillet, sweet corn and fresh tomato.
How to cook
- The chicken fillet is slightly frozen to make it easier to cut into a small cube.
- Mix with a half cans of corn, grated cheese, chopped dill, spoon of sour cream and pieces of tomato without skin. Add salt, pepper, dried garlic and favorite spices – the mass should be juicy and fragrant.
- Cut the peppers in half, stuffed with filling, on top you can grease with sour cream for brown crust.
- Send to the oven for 40–45 minutes at 180 ° C – and an awesome smell appears in the kitchen.
Such peppers do not require a side dish – both satisfying and beautiful. And the remains are delicious even in cold form the next day.
