Iran warns EU countries: 'You will pay the price'

European Union countries “will pay the price, sooner or later” if they remain silent on the US-Israeli offensive against Iran, the Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman told Spanish television station TVE on Thursday.
Tehran considers the attack on the country a violation of international law.
Iranian ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baqaei also reiterated that Iran had not fired any missiles at Turkey, which NATO air defense systems intercepted on Wednesday.
“Europe is at war with Iran”
After Israel and the United States attacked Iran on Saturday, prompting retaliation from Tehran in the Middle East, European governments urged restraint and diplomacy, trying to avoid becoming embroiled in a wider war.
Iran said on Tuesday that if European countries join the US-Israel attacks, it will consider them involved in the conflict.
The continent “is at war with Iran” and has been for a long time, Avi Nir-Feldklein, Israel's ambassador to the EU, said in an interview with Politico, calling on Europe to unequivocally support military efforts to oust the regime.
“You don't have to be attacked with missiles or drones on your own territory to be at war with Iran. There have been attacks on European soil initiated by Iranian agents,” Nir-Feldklein said. “They have operated and killed people on European soil before,” he added.
