Russian State Duma Deputy Yuri Shvytkin visited kindergarten No. 110, which opened after major renovations.
The educational institution was built in 1960. In 2018, the kindergarten building was declared unsafe and its operation was suspended. In 2025, the kindergarten was one of the first in Krasnoyarsk to participate in the federal program for the overhaul of educational institutions, initiated by the United Russia party.
During the overhaul, the floors, ceilings, windows, doors, engineering systems were completely renewed, and the surrounding area was also landscaped. About 170 million rubles were allocated from the federal, regional and city budgets for the modernization of kindergarten 110.
Yuri Shvytkin examined the territory of the kindergarten. In addition, the head of the kindergarten, Elena Ignatikova, gave the deputy a tour of the renovated groups and utility rooms.
The head of kindergarten No. 110, Elena Ignatikova, said: “The kindergarten turned out to be cozy, modern, new equipment was installed, everything is provided for children. The kindergarten is designed for 170 pupils. Parents have already appreciated the updated kindergarten. We have now opened a group from a year to a year and a half. These are our youngest students. On the eve of the holiday, I would like to congratulate our women's team on the upcoming March 8th. I thank each of my employees for the fact that we all went through such a difficult renovation over the course of a year, everyone contributed some of their own piece to this renovation. Thank you all so much!”

The mother of kindergarten student Ulyana, Lidia Kurkina, shared her impressions of the educational institution that opened after renovation: “I am the mother of a student in the nursery group of Ulyasha’s kindergarten. We started kindergarten at the beginning of February. We came to the renovated kindergarten and were absolutely delighted. In our group, everything is provided for such little ones – small chairs, sinks. We understand that children come to a safe space. This was very important to us. We are not worried. My daughter quickly went through the adaptation process. She really likes it here, new toys, reading fairy tales, playing music and dancing with the children. She enjoys going to kindergarten!”
“As part of the implementation of the People's Program, the party consistently protects the values of motherhood, develops social infrastructure and takes care of the well-being of parents and future generations,” noted Yuri Shvytkin after visiting the kindergarten. — One of the results of the people's program was the creation of a system of constant support for mothers, from the moment of pregnancy until the child reaches adulthood. At the initiative of the party, the school overhaul program, which United Russia is implementing with the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, was expanded to kindergartens and technical schools. In 2025, the first kindergartens in Krasnoyarsk were overhauled under this program, and with the support of our faction they received federal and regional funding. Together with the residents and the kindergarten staff, we regularly monitored the timing and progress of work at this kindergarten. Children have already returned to the renovated garden. And today we checked whether the team, parents, and most importantly, the children were happy with everything. I think everything worked out!”
At the end of the visit, the deputy congratulated the team on the upcoming March 8 and presented the women with flowers and sweet gifts from United Russia.
Let us note that the creation of a modern educational infrastructure is a priority of the people's program of the United Russia party.
