Fraud in registering foreign citizens for migration purposes resulted in a criminal record for a resident of Kansk. This was reported to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory
The police found out that in the summer of 2025, the woman put 7 citizens of Tajikistan on fictitious migration registration in her apartment. Knowing about the obligation of foreigners to notify the migration control apparatus in order to comply with the established procedure for registration, movement and choice of place of residence, she provided the necessary documents with false information to the migration service of the Kansky Department of Internal Affairs. In fact, the woman did not provide any living space to guests from neighboring countries.
By her illegal actions, a resident of Kansk deprived the law enforcement agency, as well as the bodies monitoring the implementation of legislative acts of the Russian Federation, from fully monitoring the arriving citizens of Tajikistan.

A criminal case was initiated against a previously unconvicted woman under Art. 322.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fictitious registration of a foreign citizen at the place of stay in the Russian Federation.”
The court found the Kansk resident guilty and sentenced her to a fine of 100 thousand rubles. The verdict came into force.
