

According to weather forecasters, the roads will be icy in places at night and in the morning in the north and north-east of the country. At the same time, there is fog in places in Transcarpathia and the Carpathian region, which can complicate visibility for drivers.

The air temperature at night will fluctuate between +1…-4°C. During the day, the thermometer will rise to +3…+9 °C, and in the extreme west, south and southeast of the country the air will warm up to +13 °C.
In Kyiv and the region, according to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, partly cloudy weather with no precipitation is expected on Monday. In the region, there may be icy conditions on the roads at night and in the morning, temperatures from -1…-4 °C during the day to +8 °C. In the capital itself, it is predicted to drop to -2 °C at night, and during the day the air will warm up to +7 °C.
As forecaster Natalya Ptukha reported, the average monthly temperature in March will range from +1 to +7 °C. In the western regions, Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa and Odessa regions, it can be 1.5–2.5 °C above average.
