Parma and Cagliari drew in the opening of the 27th round of Serie A, score 1-1, but the first success of the match, signed by Michael Folorunsho for the visitors, was downright spectacular.
The 32-year-old Italian midfielder, making his first appearance this calendar year, received a pass on the right flank in the 63rd minute of the game, and when everyone was expecting a cross from him, Folorunsho sent an unstoppable shot from over 30 meters that goalkeeper Edoardo Corvi had no chance to intervene.

After 3 consecutive victories, which propelled the team from the relegation zone to the middle of the standings, Parma achieved only a draw at home with Cagliari, score 1-1.
Although the first half saw some great chances from both teams, the two teams entered the booths with the same score as the starting whistle.
Michael Folorunsho, the midfielder on loan from Napoli to Cagliari, was brought on in the 61st minute, making his first appearance this calendar year after dealing with a knee injury that kept him out for two months.
Just two minutes after Folorunsho came on, Cagliari won the ball back in their own half and Joseph Liteta passed to the Italian on the right flank to set the team on the counter-attack.
Folorunsho advanced a few meters with the ball at his feet and surprised everyone when he tried the goal from close to the edge of the pitch with an unstoppable shot from over 30 meters, thus scoring probably the most beautiful goal of this season in Serie A.
However, Cagliari were unable to walk away with all 3 points after Parma equalized in the 83rd minute through Gaetano Oristanio, who scored for the hosts from inside the box with a long-range shot into the grass.
