Specialists from the Krasnoyarsk Rospotrebnadzor identified a number of gross violations in a bakery shop located in the city of Norilsk on Naberezhnaya Urvantseva Street.
At the warehouse, inspectors found a batch of rye flour (7 bags of 50 kg each) with an expiration date in September 2022. It was also established that timely repairs were not carried out in the hot shop and cutting department.
In addition, a violation of the treatment schedule was revealed: disinfestation and inspection for the presence of insects are carried out only once a month instead of the required two. And rodent checks are carried out quarterly, not monthly.
For violations of sanitary legislation, individual entrepreneur R.V. Gumbatov, who is engaged in baking bakery products, was brought to administrative liability in the form of a fine in the amount of 30,000 rubles. All expired flour was withdrawn from circulation, Rospotrebnadzor said.
