CFR Cluj Unveils Amin Ziblim as New Signing Amid Transfer Negotiations

CFR Cluj has officially announced the signing of Ghanaian midfielder Amin Ziblim, 20, as negotiations advance for the potential transfers of Mauricio Emerson and Francisco Barrios. Ziblim, who previously played for Muscelul Câmpulung in Liga 2, has already joined the team for their training camp in Slovenia and debuted in a friendly match against Neftci Baku, which ended in a 2-1 victory.
In the announcement, CFR Cluj welcomed Ziblim to the team, highlighting his central midfield role. Last season, he made 20 appearances with Muscelul Câmpulung, a team that faced relegation to Liga 3 after two seasons in Liga 2. Ziblim developed his skills at MSK Žilina Africa, a satellite academy associated with the Slovak club MSK Žilina, before moving to Europe.
“Welcome, Amin Ziblim! We are excited to announce that Amin Ziblim is now our player! He has been training with us since the team reconvened and played in the recent friendly match against Neftci Baku. We wish him success at CFR Cluj!” – CFR Cluj’s statement.
This signing follows the recent acquisitions of Igor Savic and Renato Pantalon. Despite being a newcomer to the Romanian football scene, Ziblim is the only player officially presented by CFR Cluj on this occasion, as discussions regarding Emerson and Barrios continue.
Ziblim’s market value is currently estimated at €75,000 according to transfermarkt.com.
