The defense forces shot down all the Zircons and cruise missiles with which the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine at night


The Russian army launched a strike, in particular, with two Zircon anti-ship missiles from Crimea.

The occupiers also attacked Ukraine:

  • 11 Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles from the Bryansk and Rostov regions of Russia;
  • 24 Kh-101 cruise missiles (launch area – Vologda region of the Russian Federation);
  • two X-69 guided aircraft missiles;
  • 420 attack drones from the directions: Millerovo, Kursk, Bryansk, Orel, Shatalovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk (RF), Gvardeyskoye (Crimea). Approximately 280 of them are Shahed.

As of 10.00, according to preliminary data, the air defense shot down/neutralized:

  • two Zircon anti-ship missiles;
  • four Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles;
  • 24 Kh-101 cruise missiles;
  • two X-69 guided aircraft missiles;
  • 374 UAVs.

“Five ballistic missiles and 46 attack UAVs were recorded at 32 locations, as well as downed pieces (debris) at 15 locations. Information about several enemy missiles is being clarified,” the report says.



Context

President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky reported that gas infrastructure facilities in the Poltava region and electrical substations in the Kyiv and Dnepropetrovsk regions were damaged. Dozens of people were injured. Rescue operations were carried out in Chernigov, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Kirovograd, Vinnitsa, Kyiv regions and the capital.
