Pepco launches its own mobile application. Poland as a testing ground

The Pepco Group is launching a mobile application for the Pepco brand – the company announced in a press release.


As reported, the launch of the application confirms the transformation taking place at Pepco from a retail sales model based mainly on stationary stores, to a comprehensive digital ecosystem that integrates physical stores, loyalty programs and digital customer contact points.
The company announced that Poland, as the largest, most digitally mature Pepco market, was chosen as the place for the debut of the application and the starting point for other European markets.
“The conclusions from the Polish experience will directly influence future implementations, enabling Pepco to consistently introduce innovations while maintaining flexibility in individual markets,” it said. (PAP Business)
