In Krasnoyarsk, at the site of the Sibir International Exhibition Center, the regional stage of the Professional Skills Championship “Professionals” is taking place. The Krasnoyarsk HPP of the En+ company takes part in it.
The Krasnoyarsk HPP of the En+ company, together with the Divnogorsk Hydropower College, became a participant in the exhibition “Learn! Work! Choose! Interactive models of equipment and specialized literature on hydropower were presented at the site.
Representatives of the hydroelectric power station told participants of the championship and business program about the in-demand specialties at the enterprise and introduced them to the Energostart educational and production cluster. It was created in 2025 on the basis of the Divnogorsk Hydropower College as part of the “Professionalism for All” project with the support of the En+ company.
Students of two specialties: “Electric stations, networks, their relay protection and automation” and “Hydropower installations” have the opportunity to conclude a target agreement with hydroelectric power plants. It guarantees employment and an additional stipend. The training program lasts three years. Training is organized as close as possible to production conditions with the participation of mentors from existing employees.
The technical school, with the support of the company, is modernizing its material and technical base and training employees within the framework of “Professionalism”. 40 million rubles have been allocated for this for three years.
Already in March, three new specialized learning spaces will open at the technical school:
- laboratory of relay protection, automation and electronics;
- laboratory for the operation of hydraulic structures;
- training room for labor protection and industrial safety.
They will allow future energy workers to study at higher professional requirements, giving them up-to-date competencies. As a result, students will be ready to start working immediately after receiving their diploma.
Let us remind you that the all-Russian movement “Professionals” unites more than 1 million participants from 89 regions of Russia. It is attended by high school students, college students and young industrial specialists. The “Professionalism for All” project is a regional program that involves close interaction between educational institutions and large enterprises. Technical schools and colleges prepare specialists at the request of the employer – with the necessary set of competencies that will allow students to seamlessly find employment later in their chosen specialty.
