These dessert hearts are the perfect gift for your mom, sister, or friend. They turn out incredibly light, with a delicate curd filling and a thin chocolate crust. They are prepared without baking, without eggs or butter, only from healthy and affordable products. And most importantly, they look like a confectionery miracle, although they are made in half an hour.
Ingredients:
Cottage cheese (5–9%) – 250 g
Sour cream or natural yoghurt – 100 g
Honey or maple syrup – 2 tbsp. spoons
Vanilla extract – 1/2 teaspoon
Oat flakes – 80 g
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons
Coconut flakes or cocoa for sprinkling – optional
How to cook:
- Grind the oatmeal in a blender until it becomes a fine flour.
- Add cottage cheese, sour cream, honey and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mixture in half.
- Add cocoa powder to one part and stir until the color is even.
- On parchment or cutting board, lay out the curd mass in the shape of a heart: first the white base. This can be done using a cooking ring or template.
- Then on top is a chocolate part, also in the shape of a smaller heart.
- Place in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to allow the dessert to set a little.
- Sprinkle with cocoa or coconut before serving.
Serve on a beautiful plate with berries, flowers or a note with kind words. This dessert is not only delicious, but also symbolic. Made with care, it will become the warmest gift on March 8th.
Bon appetit and have a wonderful holiday!
