Krasnoyarsk celebrates Russia Day on June 12. The main city clock plays the anthem – you can hear it at 12:00, 15:00, 18:00 and 21:00, the mayor's office reported.

The mayor of the city, Sergei Vereshchagin, congratulated the townspeople on his social networks.

“We live in the very center of a great and amazing country. We love her and are proud of her, we value the unity of our peoples,” he wrote.

In honor of the holiday, dozens of events will be held in the city.
