A 19-year-old from Achinsk boasted of pornographic photographs of his girlfriend and ended up under criminal charges.

A criminal case was opened against a 19-year-old resident of Achinskillegal distribution of pornographic materials on the Internet, the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Krasnoyarsk Territory reported.

It was established that in the winter of 2025, a previously unconvicted young man sent pornographic photos and videos of his 21-year-old girlfriend to his friends on social networks in order to boast of her charms.

A mutual friend of theirs, who received prohibited media content, told the victim about this, after which she contacted the police.

The attacker’s actions were qualified under Part 3 of Art. 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the sanction of which implies punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of 2 to 6 years.
