Ukrainian culinary blogger Ivan Yanyuk on December 12 on YouTube told how to prepare Mimosa salad with the addition of pomegranate seeds.

According to Yanyuk, the salad according to this recipe, without which not a single holiday feast is complete, turns out incredibly tender and airy.

Products:

  • 4 boiled eggs;
  • 2 boiled carrots;
  • 3 boiled potatoes;
  • green onions;
  • 300 g canned tuna;
  • 200 g mayonnaise;
  • dill;
  • pomegranate seeds.

Preparation

  1. Chop the green onions.
  2. Grate potatoes and carrots.
  3. Grate the whites and yolks separately.
  4. Form the yolks into balls for decoration, adding a little mayonnaise to them.
  5. Assemble the salad. Place potatoes as the first layer, add tuna and brush with mayonnaise.
  6. Place a layer of carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Lubricate the carrots with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with green onions.
  8. Sprinkle everything with grated egg yolk.
  9. Decorate the salad with green dill, yolk balls and pomegranate seeds.
