Marcel Ciolacu attacks Bolojan after the party in Ploiesti: “He rushed to celebrate the cuts in a luxury restaurant”
Former Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu accused, on Wednesday evening, the current head of the Government, Ilie Bolojan, that “he rushed to celebrate the cuts in a fancy restaurant, until 1 in the morning”after the Executive adopted the emergency ordinance on public administration reform.

“The latest data from the National Institute of Statistics show, logically, how both the consumption of goods and services provided to the population have collapsed! This is the effect of Bolojan's big reforms like “the operation was successful, the patient is dead”. Consumption decreased for 6 months following the VAT increase, inflation exploded, the economy went into recession, and Romania looks like a huge intensive care unit. I can't wait to hear from all those who consider Bolojan as the providential leader who saved the country, how the decrease in consumption is actually good news for Romania, just like the recession”wrote Marcel Ciolacu on his Facebook page.
The former head of the Government also commented on the images published in the media, in which the current Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan is caught at a party organized in Ploiești, which would have taken place after the Executive adopted the emergency ordinance regarding the reform of the public administration.
“Bolojan refused, with an unfathomable idiocy, to answer the press about his administration reform, which violates the Constitution in about 80 points. This after Mrs. Dogioiu had announced that she would only allow 10 questions from journalists, because the prime minister's schedule is very busy”wrote Marcel Ciolacu.
In this context, the former PSD leader accused the prime minister of “he hurried to celebrate the cuts in a luxury restaurant, until 1 in the morning, with colleagues from the PNL”.
“I'm convinced that the entire chorus of Bolojan's praisers will say “well done, look how the prime minister and the leaders of the PNL really support the relaunch of the economy, they went and spent several tens of thousands of euros at a Romanian company”. A few hours after the end of the meeting, Ilie Bolojan was surprised at a party organized outside Bucharest, in Ploiești, a fact that caused critical reactions in the public space. According to the images published by CANCAN.RO, the prime minister attended the birthday of deputy Mircea Roșca, at the Casa Timiș restaurant, where Ilie Bolojan also gave a speech in honor of the celebrant.
