A resident of Achinsk suited money from the legal service, whose services were imposed on him at the bank. This was told in the regional Rospotrebnadzor.

When applying for a loan, an employee of a financial organization convinced the man that he is obliged to pay for the “Life Insurance” service for 100 thousand rubles to approve the application.
However, it turned out that with this money he paid for a “certificate for round -the -clock qualified support” from the European Law Service LLC. The client found out about this after repaying the loan, although he did not need the service itself and never used it.
The experts of Rospotrebnadzor, according to Achinz, sent a lawsuit to the court. There, 157.5 thousand rubles were recovered from the “European Legal Service” in favor of the consumer, including the cost of a certificate, a fine and moral damage.
The decision has entered into force.
