The offer is valid in March and involves the conclusion of 12-month contracts, with a fixed price for the entire period. For the business segment, Hidroelectrica proposes three types of offers, depending on the level of consumption.

Packages for companies

For companies with a consumption below 1 GWh/year, the Online BusinessSpring offer provides for an active energy price of 550 lei/MWh, with contracting exclusively through the online portal.

Companies that consume between 1 and 10 GWh/year can opt for Business Activ: 450 lei/MWh in the first three months and 550 lei/MWh in the following nine months, writes Mediafax.

For large companies, with a minimum consumption of 10 GWh/year, the Business Gigant offer includes 450 lei/MWh in the first six months and 550 lei/MWh in the following six months.

Prices for everyone

“We have the experience, strength and ability to offer both Romanian industry and domestic consumers competitive and stable prices. We are strengthening our position among large consumers, especially companies with a consumption of over 10 GWh/year, supporting the development of the economy, and at the same time we remain close to Romanians through clear and advantageous offers for families”. said Bogdan Badea, CEO of Hidroelectrica.

Eligible business customers can conclude contracts directly through the company's online platform, and for the other categories there is dedicated support through the contracting department.

Rates for the population

For household consumers, the Casnic online offer provides for a rate of 0.40 lei/kWh in the first three contractual months and 0.45 lei/kWh in the following nine months, with the conclusion of the exclusively online contract.

The company claims that the new offers bring a concrete advantage to the business environment, through more predictable costs and stability in budget planning, in a volatile economic context. For the population, the promotion means more manageable bills and more predictability in the medium term.

Currently, Hidroelectrica is the largest producer of renewable energy in Romania, with a portfolio of 188 hydroelectric plants and an installed power of approximately 6.4 GW, to which is added the Crucea wind farm, with 108 MW. The company also occupies the first position in the list of electricity suppliers at the national level.
