Andrei Neretin, known for his role as Ussuriysk City Duma deputy Vitaly Nalivkin, died in his sleep.
He recently suffered a stroke and complex hip replacement surgery. The man had difficulty moving – he could only walk to the store and back with a cane. Neretin also suffered from alcoholism.
In addition to poor health, there were also financial difficulties. A criminal case was opened against the creators of the sketch show, and they stopped filming it. The actor was left without income; his entire fan base had to raise money for housing and food.
