For driving a vehicle without a license, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the violator under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, and also initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Art. 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Acquisition, storage, transportation for the purpose of knowingly using forged documents). The car was placed in a special parking lot.
