The famous arm wrestler Konstantin Rabinovich is accused of harassing minors in his section. According to the victims, for five years the athlete touched the girls’ private parts, convinced them to undress under various pretexts, asked for nudes and self-satisfied in their presence. The 35-year-old coach allegedly had a sexual relationship with at least one girl.
Girls from 9 to 14 years old attended the section. The Moscow Region Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Article 135 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation – indecent acts against minors. Rabinovich faces up to 12 years in prison.
Konstantin is an international master of sports, the current champion of Russia and the Moscow region in arm wrestling, multiple European and world champion, president of the Arm Wrestling Federation of the Shatura city district. He received the award “For services to the Shatura city district.”
