Biysk residents chipped in to help save a cat that had been sitting on a pole for four days.
Puffy couldn't get down on his own. Local animal rights activists collected 3k, called an aerial platform and returned the tailed animal to the ground.
After landing, he meowed. He complained of hunger and fatigue.
