The IED on the Tank SUV was wrapped in a bag and covered with a baby diaper. At about 8 a.m., the owner Victor M. and the child approached the car, the man decided to remove the object, and an explosion was heard.
As a result, a six-year-old boy's face was cut, the driver's arm was torn off, and the second man had a shrapnel wound to his thigh. The investigation is under the control of the Moscow prosecutor's office.
