In correctional institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, convicts working as cooks will prepare festive dishes for New Year and Christmas. The press service of the GUFSIN shared a special menu.

On New Year's Eve, pilaf with beef, pickled cabbage salad, sweet tea and homemade cakes will be served. On January 1, prisoners will receive cabbage soup made from fresh cabbage, meat goulash with buckwheat, vinaigrette and dried fruit compote for lunch.
On Christmas, January 7, the prisoners will be treated to pea soup with meat broth, mashed potatoes with lazy cabbage rolls, beet caviar and compote.
For juvenile prisoners, pregnant and lactating women, disabled people and elderly people, the administration will add more fruits and sweets to the diet. And inmates of juvenile colonies will receive a surprise – Olivier salad in tartlets and sweet gifts.
