The Belarusian regime released oppositionist Mykola Statkevich from prison. The decision of the authorities in Minsk was announced by Statkevich's wife, Maryna Adamowicz, quoted by the AFP agency. The oppositionist belonged to a group of 52 political prisoners released on September 11 last year. However, after he refused to leave the country, he was again imprisoned for several months.
