
A quick and incredibly tasty dessert can be prepared just before guests arrive in a matter of moments. We offer you a cake recipe that does not require rolling, baking or complex ingredients. Its base is ordinary lavash and a can of condensed milk.
What you will need:
- Thin lavash – 2-3 pcs;
- Boiled condensed milk – 1 can;
- Butter – 100 g;
- Optional: nuts, chocolate or coconut flakes.
Cooking instructions:
- Soften the butter, mix with boiled condensed milk until smooth – you should get a thick, viscous mass;
- Cut the pita bread into squares or circles;
- Assemble the cake in layers: coat each sheet of pita bread with cream, stack on top of each other, press lightly;
- Coat the top and sides with cream too. On top – any topping of your choice: nuts, grated chocolate, cookie crumbs or a little cocoa;
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to soak.
If you want to add even more variety, you can alternate pita bread and cream with grated banana or prunes – you get a real restaurant dessert.
