Lavash and a can of condensed milk – the bomb cake is ready: the guests decided that they bought it at the store

A quick and incredibly tasty dessert can be prepared just before guests arrive in a matter of moments. We offer you a cake recipe that does not require rolling, baking or complex ingredients. Its base is ordinary lavash and a can of condensed milk.

What you will need:

  • Thin lavash – 2-3 pcs;
  • Boiled condensed milk – 1 can;
  • Butter – 100 g;
  • Optional: nuts, chocolate or coconut flakes.

Cooking instructions:

  1. Soften the butter, mix with boiled condensed milk until smooth – you should get a thick, viscous mass;
  2. Cut the pita bread into squares or circles;
  3. Assemble the cake in layers: coat each sheet of pita bread with cream, stack on top of each other, press lightly;
  4. Coat the top and sides with cream too. On top – any topping of your choice: nuts, grated chocolate, cookie crumbs or a little cocoa;
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to soak.

If you want to add even more variety, you can alternate pita bread and cream with grated banana or prunes – you get a real restaurant dessert.
