In the Kuraginsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 17-year-old guy seriously injured in an accident. A criminal case was opened on this fact.
The accident occurred on September 13 in the village of Marinino. According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a 30-year-old woman driving a vase on a tractor trailer, which stood on the sidelines of the road. As a result of the accident, the passenger of the car received serious injuries, the guy was taken to the hospital. It was previously established that the teenager was not fastened with a seat belt.
It also turned out that at the time of the accident, the driver of the VAZ was intoxicated. The examination confirmed the presence of alcohol in the blood of a woman, the alcotester showed 0.757 mg/l.
The criminal case was instituted under Part 2 of Art. 264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles.” The sanction of the article implies the maximum punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 7 years.
